Our chef Tamás Munk and his team will make sure that the degustation menus will be an unforgettable experience for our guests, both in terms of their appearance and their flavours. Our gastronomic specialities play a key role at family and corporate events and weddings.
In the evening, we exclusively serve our seasonal eight-course tasting menu, offering a refined culinary experience. At lunchtime, guests can enjoy a carefully curated four-course menu. Brunch is offered during selected periods and is also available to external guests. Please note that table reservations are required for all dining options.

We welcome our guests with a unique selection of premium wines and limited-edition, small-batch labels. To accompany dinner, we offer curated wine pairings in 4, 6, or 7 courses, as well as non-alcoholic pairings — all thoughtfully selected to complement the tasting menu.
Our wine list features over 130 carefully chosen bottles from Hungary, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, and the New World – each selected with expertise and attention to detail.
Our premium selection of short drinks and our own signature cocktail range are our outstanding specialties, which can only be tasted here.
Brunch
Periodically, Botanica opens its doors to both locals and external guests for a pleasant breakfast, a coffee break, or a more relaxed, peaceful morning getaway.
You can freely choose from our brunch menu, featuring freshly prepared breakfast dishes and beverages. A comfortable setting, homemade syrups, Casino Mocca coffee, and fragrant, freshly baked pastries await you.

PREMIUM COFFEE AND TEA
We order our coffees from the most famous Hungarian new-wave coffee roaster based in Budapest. The products of Casino Mocca are freshly harvested coffees with a characteristic taste, grown, harvested and roasted with care. We also recommend our premium loose-leaf tea for our guests whole heartedly.
Our restaurant is also open to guests who are not staying at the hotel, provided they make a reservation at least a day in advance.
